...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 2 PM EST MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has
issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 5 AM to 2 PM EST
Monday.

* TIMING...Late tonight through midday Monday.

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 45 to 55 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.

Well, won't count as an 'official' white Christmas, but the ground IS white, calling it a 0.3 with a few bare spots and up to an inch in corners as the howling wind (WNW 15 G 31) is blowing it around.....I'll take it!! :) Could have been SO much more, but it rained lightly for hours before switching around 3 am.
