Ok so NE’s version is hillarious and reminds me of the old Earthlight posts. Feel free to add more or less and make it funny So here goes...

Early season blizz gets NW guys off to an early start. The Orange County guys post pics of a winter wonderland while we watch mangled flakes add up to a half inch on the backside in the city. Snowman claims a big torch is on the way for Christmas week so forget about a white Christmas. Gets called out for being a troll. Luckily everyone scores a nice 6” event around the 20th. Cold air holds.

January is a month to remember regoin  wide. Even the coast scores 2 6”+ events. There is near record cold and Anthony claims his 95/96 analog was dead on!!!

February has the torch to beat all torches. The month averages +10. Snow pack is gone. Mass weenie suicides.

March offers some transient cold and a couple advisory events.

April comes in with the earliest 90 ever at the Park

December - Cooler than recent Decembers. The snowiest month thanks to a storm around the 27th, lots of Boxing Day comparisons but ultimately it didn’t live up to the hype. A heavy snowband crushes Central LI, psv88 jackpots while bluewave misses out.

January - Comes in like a lion and out like a lamb. We get our lowest temperature of the season shortly after New Years, which PB GFI predicted 7 weeks prior. No noteworthy cold during the dead of winter. Rain/snow line arguments garner more attention than any actual storm itself. Forky trolls snow lovers with model runs suggesting 60 degree rainstorms and potential record warmth heading into February.

February - The MAM is fed with data from groundhog ceremonies across the nation and begins spitting out 30”+ snow maps in the midst of a sustained winter thaw. Cold air is scarce and snow lovers have resorted to living vicariously through Dakota’s occasional ground blizzard obs from the badlands.

March - Warmth not as impressive as February, but still 2 or 3 degrees AN. More sleet/mix than snow. The show has ended, though some continue to hold out hope for more wintry weather (which ultimately doesn’t happen).

Strong gradient pattern resembling 07/08, very active Pacific jet. AN snowfall Central & Northern New England. Cutoff for bigger snows 42N and higher elevations in PA, NW NJ.

If strong blocking is a mainstay then amounts could be much higher.

Lmao watch you bust by the end of December.

Like snow by Dec. 15 and more precipitation in the form of (melted snow in inches) than plain rain in inches, between 12/15 to 3/15.

Guess is 65"-80" inches for NYC, more to the east and in Boston.   Based on CFS making Jan-June  5degs. to 10degs. BN.   Could be a 'dry cold' and then I will go for our late term snow average of 30"-35".

I will be viewing this snow through the window of my mental ward of course with this prediction level, but when my shrink's car with him in it becomes buried in a 15' snow drift, I will be granted an early release home.   LOL
