CoastalWx
Ended up getting kids into our room after we lost a limb. Saw power flashes and several crashes/booms from trees. Pretty wild stuff.

butterfish55
Still no power here. Been out since 11, so hopefully come back soon because the fridge isn't going to be cold forever. School is still on, which seems strange because of all the reports of downed trees and poles throughout Raynham.

CoastalWx
Man I never thought these oaks could bend like palms either. They are used to wind, but these things bent like something pliable. Man trees.
dan11295
Still have power here, seems like C Mass/Metro West Boston didn't have winds that high and fared a bit better than some other areas. Regardless still an impressive region wide event.

Temperature falling to around 46 by 5pm. Breezy, with a south wind 13 to 23 mph becoming west in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. monadnocks
Power came back on here around 5:30. I expected school to be closed because our district still has significant outages. But it’s on with a two hour delay. I hope the roads aren’t too bad.

DomNH
Birch tree took out a piece of our fence but that seems to be the only casualty that the woods didn't contain. It looks like a disaster around here...only gusted to 42 kts but saturated ground ftl.
amarshall
Power out Duxbury. Kids school closed. Moved one of my kids to the other side of house thinking the big oak was going to go. moneypitmike
16,358 of 21,192 customers in Sagadahoc County are in the dark. FTL. I suspect you can do it on other sites, but I just discovered I can drill down to street level to see power situations on the CMP site. PIT2 is indeed without power. It looks like the 1200 in Bath and similar number in Topsham that are not yet dark represent the vast majority of the county with lights. We'll see how much longer that holds.
