We will want to see some good winds on the CT coast in the next two hours or it could under perform. Still early...I had mentioned earlier that things could be relatively calm and then go crazy in a hurry in this event. It's a pretty short window of the really big stuff

We've been saying it all along.  Wind damage on leafed out trees in saturated ground doesn't mean 50-70mph winds.

Soubds like power outages in CT from 30kt gusts so far.

Damage will be considerable at 40-45kts.  60kts would be catastrophic for areas away from the coast.

I think tomorrow has been understated...some CAA and strong westerly flow.  

Could do 40kts at many areas then in the interior.

GON up to 44mph gust.
