AfewUniversesBelowNormal
Imagine the whole pattern shifts north 500 miles (50 years). Short term, there is a bit of an anomaly in the norms here north of NC.
AfewUniversesBelowNormal
Yeah, well how normal is the Gulf stream. It's unlikely that a piece of land that sticks 100 miles off the coast would effect >500 miles. Warmer SSTs x2-3, means area northwest of Gulf stream warms 2-3x, which is only normal in a total warming phase.
Vice-Regent
I have been harping on this subject to locals. It's a very real danger, all coastal real estate values are in jeopardy.
