A reporter on Jake Tapper just stated that the death toll is from bodies that authorities just happened upon and were not reported missing. People were forced to evacuate in rapid time and some areas and burned structures are still in locations too dangerous to investigate. Winds are forecast to continue fueling dangerous conditions this evening. The fear is number of deaths will increase significantly.

Ya.....there is some incredible video out there of people just getting in thier cars and hauling out of there at 3am Monday morning (that could be wrong day but I think this all went down after everybody was in bed Sunday night)......reminds of when the Oakland Hills burned in 1991.......just an impossible situation if you are stuck in it......

Is there any sites that provide very recent satellite imagery?  Like can I get aerials before and after now?

Landsat will likely release before and after high resolution scans but I have yet to see anything yet. There are some impressive GOES 16 imagery of the fires and plumes however:
