Temps went to 33 and most ice melted at 11:am or so but now 3:15 pm  temp dropped to 32 and ice is reforming .  I thought the temp was supposed to continue to rise?

It will rise overnight. Just issues with wet bulbing and the air that was in place due to the elevation changes in that area.

Another incredibly challenging forecast. Glad I don't have to make any calls on this one. SGF called for a high of 36, only 33 currently. Has a little bit of time left to warm up, but a degree or two could make all the difference on this event so something to watch, in the short term.

I know, I just read Tulsas disco and its all over the place and confusing. Sounds to be another nightmare to predict, going to have to just watch and see again...its 41 here but they were a little low with the temps today. Predicted 37, I dont see much coming of this for here once again but we shall see. They were mentioning thunderstorms again next week lmao(possibly)
