Literally just went from groupal to light snow a few minutes ago. I have been optimistic about this event for a couple of inches or so, but I really don't know what, if anything, we will get. Someone in the other thread stated that GSP was looking to up pops (as shown above) but would wait until the next WHO to issue any additional info in the advisory or warned counties wording. Met1985 Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 Yeah moderate snow here in Haywood. Wind whipped snow at that. Cars are covered, grass is covered and side roads are white.
