Had a high today of 6.6 and now am back down to 2.4 with a 12 mph breeze. Quite chilly. Toe river down in the valley below the house is already freezing up. I'm at exactly 0 degrees with a 9 mph wind which makes for a wind chill of 15.1 and it's only 7:30 pm. I bet my friend that owns a local plumbing company will make a fortune this week. Either way, I'll take below normal temps and dry rather than above normal temps. At least it feels like winter and the ski resorts are thriving. I am supposed to go to Colorado next week though, so I may just keep the snow weenie inside until then, but who knows.. only a 4 hour drive to see some Thundersnow doesn’t sound that bad..
