National Weather Service Melbourne FL
428 PM EDT SUN SEP 10 2017

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central St. Lucie County in east central Florida...
  Northeastern Martin County in east central Florida...

* Until 515 PM EDT

* At 427 PM EDT, a two thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Saint Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, and just
  east of Sewall`s Point...moving northwest at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  White City and Indian River Estates around 430 PM EDT.
  Fort Pierce, Indrio and Saint Lucie Airport around 440 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Fort
Pierce Ocean Park.

Respectfully disagree, as he's barely able to stand and one can barely stand in 100 mph gusts.

Tampa will have plenty of serious issues.  15 maybe 20 inches of rain is going to throw rivers over crests and create widespread flooding.  A few inches of rain causes flooding in parts of South Tampa and along Bayshore.  If those winds from Naples translate up the coast that's very problematic.  And the surge will still come in, maybe mitigated a bit by the more easterly track.  Orlando is getting plenty of spin ups and it will be a long night for them.
