The Southern State is a depressing drive with tons of mature dead trees from years of summer droughts. Especially the big White Pines in the median at Belmont Lake. On a side note, Wednesdays 77.5 degree dew-point (PWS) was the highest of the entire season, first time I've seen that this late!
