White Gorilla
Euro snow maps? Savoring storms like this where we are in great shape while the coast is nervous. Was the exact opposite the last storm.

It’s beyond me how a weenie can’t find the maps themselves these days but I agree, they suck. You look to be in the best spot of this crew. I think more realistically it will be 4-8 in the Mid Hudson Valley.

snywx
This event brings back memories lol. It seems like the R/S line is a thing of the past it needs to come back damn it! I cringe when I hear the words "all snow" on LI cause that usually spells fringe city for us. Lets all embrace the huggers!

Im sure ratios will be a bit higher in areas of banding. I can see 1-3" down to S Westchester and rapidly increasing as you head N of the TZ. Juliancolton
I always have reservations about being in the jackpot since that means statistically I'll be out of the running for another few years... lol. I'm definitely a fan of that look, though. Pretty crazy that most reliable guidance has double-digit snowfall starting within 24 hours and there aren't even any advisories up. In Uptons AFD they were mentioning that inland sections were going to meet advisory levels. I would think that advisories would be hoisted in the afternoon package coming out in about an hour from now. I would think that Albany would be hoisting them up too for your area. If you need any rock salt bring a broom and dust pan over here to the park, the County covered everything on Saturday, there’s plenty available LOL
