Chicago Storm
The HRRR has been consistent in developing the new MSP area activity into another MCS that pushes southeast overnight. Could have more severe with it and also increased flooding concerns when combined with the current derecho moving through, especially in areas hit hard last week. Chicago Storm
The derecho is still rolling as it pushes through the Chicago metro. It is on a weakening trend though, and likely won't make it too deep into IN being severe.
Chicago Storm
HRRR is too slow.It did an ok job today. It has this MCS with the runs last evening, overnight and early this morning. Then it lost it from 12z runs on all day, until later this afternoon it finally picked back up in it again. It definitely was slow on movement though. Hoosier
Looks like LOT locally extended the watch into northwest IN. As Chi storm mentioned, line is weakening.
Hoosier
New SPS from LOT has winds just under severe criteria, so looks like they will stop issuing warnings unless it were to restrengthen.

Chicago Storm
Looks like clearing is working its way southeastward.Today won't be anything special around here, and tonight probably won't be any better with a meh LLJ.Tomorrow and Saturday look legit though. Multiple rounds, probably with severe and flood potential.

BuffaloWeather
A tornado definitely went through here. I would say EF1 damage. That being said, BUF did have a nice TDS pass just south of town. Could've been a tornado on the ground for at least a few volume scans. I saw a few volumes scans with debris to nearly 4,000 feet.

This hit about 15 mins south of the city, so basically in the Metro area. Very very rare.
Chinook
Severe storms should be relatively active tomorrow in IA/WI/MN. Eastern Iowa could have 5000-6000 J/kg of CAPE, with some potential for over 200 m2/s2 of SRH and shear in the range of 30kt - 40kt. CAMS suggest several areas of storms.
