WVclimo
Getting a gusty shower here that has dropped the temp to 70. Lovely for mid-July with the breezes.
BlizzardNole
Good thing that severe-warned t-storm passing south of St Marys Co. missed them to the south. They've had some bad flooding down there. So we got a gust front coming?
Sparky
Had some very dark skies and quick squally rain. Temp is down to 67.

BlizzardNole
Man is it gorgeous out -- just spent an hour on the deck (shaded by maple) and was so comfortable...in almost mid-July. Got to savor it! Maybe some heat coming and some t-storm chances later in the week?

Eskimo Joe
EURO agrees with GFS for big heat. About time. Would love to see a few nights that don't get below 80-84. We maximize heat regionwide when there's a stout cap and 500 heights get above 594dm. Hoping we somehow manage one blistering day. Im working outside Wednesday and love being outside on those dog days.

mdhokie
Heat sucks and those wishing for it are crazy. You can always add more layers for cold, there only so many layers you can remove for heat. Even with the recent rain my grass is looking toasty.
dailylurker
Humid out here this morning. Hopefully the clouds from that dieing storm complex out west of here will keep clouds around today. Anything to avoid big heat.
