The Iceman
18z NAM majorly cut totals for the entire area save for s jersey. could be another big bust incoming. again setting expectations at a half inch but won't be surprised if we see a repeat of last Saturday and most of us see less than a quarter inch while south of us gets slammed. LVLion77
I think we need about 7-10 days without rain. Ground is too saturated. It's unfortunate that it's raining again.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hurricane Agnes
Rain started about 6:30 am this morning and has been on and off since. Am up to 0.27" as of this post with a heavier shower coming through now (but not much behind it at this point). Currently 68F with moderate rain. RedSky
Pouring here and 63.9F 1-2" is a sure bet today with some higher amounts. Textbook too dry transition into another too wet month in a blink of the eye.

Hurricane Agnes
Am up to 1/2" rain now since earlier this morning. It hasn't been the gully washer variety (at least at this point) but a slower soaking rain that could mitigate flash flooding, although the ground is saturated. Currently light to moderate rain and 67F.

The NWS needs to survey the damage to confirm a tornado and more importantly assign a wind speed and an EF rating.

There were some pics of an overturned car after a straight-line wind event in Deptford, NJ back in June 2015. http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/Car-Flipped-Walls-Damaged-at-Deptford-Mall-309397211.html Mt. Holly ruled out a tornado in that case - http://nj1015.com/did-a-tornado-touchdown-in-south-jersey/ I know they have to look at the damage pattern to confirm either way.
