This setup should break the 2017 tendency of discrete supercells not doing discrete supercell things, e.g, producing tornadoes. Oh just give it time. 2017 will find a way to screw this one up too. Buckeye05
I wouldn't get too excited yet. Those two cell will likely merge at some point, and they already seem to be interfering with one another.

Chinook
Got pictures/video of a rotating wall cloud south of Nunn, CO. my location was about 4 mi east of Nunn, but then I had to get out of the way... the cloud looked like it could produce a brief tornado on me I did it!! I did it!! The hook echo I saw was in the middle of this image (2114z). And my computer saved the data for me while I was gone. woohoo!

Jim Marusak
the storm near Hereford is definitely one to watch imho, as it's been producing from what I can see on CYS doppler 100+kt inbound winds for more than a few frames now at ~ 2500ft agl. as well, it looks like a 2nd vortex is forming due south of Pine Bluffs, WY. janetjanet998
I wonder if this will be the biggest confirm tornado day so far in 2017 or at least a top 3 pluses: 1)discrete supercell actually producing tornadoes and not becoming messy 2) 3 hours of daylight still left 3) LLJ will continue to strengthen minuses 1) low population (can't report tornadoes if nobody sees them..offset some by chasers)
