CFS and Perturbations 1-4 for precipitation, show nothing for us that is tropical,  for the next 45 days.   Boring if correct.

CFS can score a few Dunninger like predictions at times.     I remarked back in Oct. 2015, that it had the 5400THK up in Hudson Bay for December that year.

Absolutely insane. This is such a rare event and worst case scenario. I hate to even say this but you know people are going to perish in this storm.

It's a very extreme situation coming on top of all the record flooding in that region since 2015. I just hope people take this seriously. Unfortunately, there always seem to people that make big mistakes like trying to drive across flooded out roads or not evacuating in time.
