CFS can score a few Dunninger like predictions at times. I remarked back in Oct. 2015, that it had the 5400THK up in Hudson Bay for December that year. I just hope people take this seriously. Unfortunately, there always seem to people that make big mistakes like trying to drive across flooded out roads or not evacuating in time.
