Last night was noticeably warmer than the two previous. I think it may have had to do with cloud cover as it was mostly overcast here last evening.

Our house in the north Bronx still got quite chilly...highs in the mid 50s and lows in the mid 40s cooled it down fast. Heating season is over so just have to pile on the blankets.

Nice weather despite it being BN. It actually feels like April when April felt more like June.

Yep, kind of like the first week of April should be.  Wake up in the 30s (here) and by the afternoon it's near 60°.  Tomorrow and Thursday look even nicer.

The last few days had the same average temperature as the last week of February around 51 degrees.

Sunday felt like March or October with the intermittent rain

Add the CMC to the list.  About a 24 hour event of heavy rain for the area.  Wind not nearly as strong as on the GFS since it tracks right over the area.  It's still good to see some model agreement..and hopefully the trend continues.

Verbatim 5-6 inches of rain for the city this weekend.

Lets not go overboard. The GFS is relying on a very narrow but intense area of convection to produce that much rain and the chances of that area being nailed down five days out are slim to none.
