Have hit total soil saturation. Everything that comes down the next 24 hours is going to be all run-off. Not that the town's single waterway is any notable figure but Prairie Creek is at 13.5 feet. Not too far from 2013's record of 15 foot and change. A couple of spots in town the creek is edging out of the banks. It is just a little damp here.
