ChescoWx Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 March was the first below normal month since June 2016 at 1.8 degrees below normal at 38.7 here in NW Chester County. So in the last 25 months we have had 14 above normal months and 11 below normal months...nothing too unusual for sure! However, with just 24" of snow this season - we will finish with our first below normal snow season since 2012-13. Normal snow here in Chester County is 36" of snow.
