Looks like just west of Jena, area called Midway maybe a mile west of Jena lots of buildings and homes in that area. Edit to add this thing looks to have directly impacted a prison just north of Midway as well....

I was just about to say that the storm over Liddieville, LA has strong velocities, although it is not very close to KPOE or Jackson
