It wouldn't take a huge shift to make it a much lower impact. On the flip side, it also wouldn't take a huge shift on guidance to make it a much higher impact for those on the line in the BOS area. Only an issue if precip is light...but then again, if it is, then it wasn't worth the trouble anyway. If mid-levels are cold enough and the precip is there, he will get smoked. 925mb is really cold.
