JTA66
85 for a high so far, now down to 83 with the clouds. The wind is really cranking, too. I lost my computer and modem in the storm a few Thursdays ago. A neighbor said lightening struck the pole in his yard and the surge traveled through the cable line. Fortunately it didn't fry the TV. I have surge protectors and will unplug things before leaving the house if severe wx is forecasted, but I never though about unhooking the cable, too. Hurricane Agnes
Maxed out at 84F yesterday and 71F today. Had some rain (under 1/10") this morning but need some more now. Haven't had measurable since around April 6th.

RedSky
Crazy crazy weather continues, by early in the month we had finally succeeded in ending the drought then almost immediately the rain chances started failing. Now the upcoming rainy Sunday is dry on the GFS. Actually as recently as Monday this week was looking quite wet. Surface moisture imby is like chalk. JTA66
Yup, what very little was on radar this morning quickly dried up as it approached the area. My lawn was treated this week, it would be nice to get a heavy shower or two to wash it in.
Birds~69
Seems to be darkening up outside and breezy but the radar looks like crap for many of us...
JTA66
Getting a couple of rain drops, the heaviest is passing to my south. Still, the radar seems a bit over done.
Hurricane Agnes
Got about 1/4" this morning (so far, although it may be done for the day) and was grateful for it since the Sunday rain chances went from categorical to waffling chance.
Birds~69
Predicted high temp may fail miserably. Predicted high 68F. Current temp at 1:10pm 57.2F Need some glimpses of sun...
RedSky
Showers fail imby, dry weekend now coming. Let's not have a new drought. I see today's 71 has been replaced with a 57F lol, not that there is room to complain with a possible top 5 warm April on tap. Blew the doors off over achieving with temps the last week. Hurricane Agnes
Sun just popped out here about 15 minutes ago. Sortof a "why bother" scenario. Did see the possibility of some hot weather the end of next week with a possible pattern change.
Birds~69
63F for the high today (5+ off from the predicted high of 68/upper 60's) which came when skies brightened mid afternoon.

Got that thunderstorm last night sometime between 8:45 and 9:15. I was like "Wait - was that thunder?". Also got a couple hundredths of an inch of rain with it. Talk about localized. Newman
Didn't think it was supposed to rain much today. Albeit a lot of drizzle and showers, still more than I expected.
Hurricane Agnes
My high for today (so far) was just before noon @ 57F. Cold front apparently came through and I'm down to 54F and dropping with light rain. Have had just over 0.1" rain so far over the past 3 hours or so. RedSky
Opposite world, many days have been turning out the opposite of how they were suppose to be. Sunday was suppose to be the worst day of the week and... Wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow turns out half decent. Only .25" total Fri-Sat two nasty days one would have thought there was more. GFS indicates just .4-.5" the next "wet" two days.

Lancaster County Emergency fielded phone calls in the minutes after the quake from people concerned that we were under foreign attack, or that there was a large explosion. It only lasted several seconds.
LVLion77
If the current setup of a coastal low happened in January we would all be upset.... very little front end yesterday for eastern pa and not much going on nowcasting the radar this morning.
