Yup, same here...the 12/17, 1/12, and 2/9 storms all melted out within three days here. 12/17 changed to rain and was gone by morning. 3/13 was billed as 20"+ and ended with 8.5" at my apartment. The only good cold shots were in mid-Dec and mid-March, and this storm has lain the longest, ironically in mid-late March. Jan and Feb were both +6 so the heart of winter was destroyed. Had 34" in the South Bronx, biggest snow 9.5" on 2/9. Average is about 28" so slightly above normal snow with near record warm temps. Doesnt look like were done around these parts any time soon. Nothing particular big in the extended though...just very cold and increasing totals.
