(2) Predicting general trends in the climate is different than predicting the exact temperature in your backyard. (3) We've been seeing a very clear warming trend over the past many decades, and it's warming in the same kind of way that the models have predicated and in line with the science behind those models. Now the meteorologists use radar, satellite and weather forecast tools to predict the incoming weather changes. Some of the weather forecasts might be wrong but these forecasts help us to prepare for sever climate changes like hurricanes and tornadoes.
