Patrick-02540
Really intensified here in Woodbury, CT. Good returns streaming up now. 5". I think I'll be safe from sleet, but it'll be close.

mahk_webstah
light snow increasing and near moderate now in Dover NH. A little worried we may mix over here for a time later, but also hoping the jump ene shown on some models, will happen and save some of us. Currently thinking 24 here and 28 for Brian. MPM a big wiinner with 32 I'd bet.
SlantStickers Anonymous
26, had some snow earlier and there's a fresh coating on the ground, in a lull for now.
moneypitmike
I'm happy for rick and Edueggs--what an epic storm from them along the Mohwawk Valley and down to the Catskills. Biblical. SN

weatherwiz
It's becoming too amped too quickly. Warmth flooding ahead. 850 WAA is through the roof but that is really helping for some pockets of heavy snow. Better hope the lows trend east (mesoananalysis though does not look good for this idea) otherwise sleet is moving pretty far into CT/RI within a few hours
Sn0waddict
Sleet line is retreating a bit in NJ, but it doesn't look like it's stopping its advancement east of NJ. Could make it into BDR/HVN very soon.

ORH_wxman
09z RAP seems to have a decent handle on the warm tongue aloft. Shows sleet into NYC and pets of NNJ at 12z and then into extreme southern CT at 15z. It slows down between now and 15z but then it accelerates again after that as it has probably the southeastern 3/4ths of CT flipped over by 18z.
