BTRWx
The new top analog is the 2007 Vday Ice storm ('93 is second). I think I managed 6" from that? The sleet fest will be exciting (especially when what's under it can't melt as fast)
North Balti Zen
So pretty much, we definitely even more than usual, want an early on-set of precip. Delayed may indeed be denied. If flakes are not flying by 10 in my part of balt city, that won't be a good feeling.

H2O
ok. i have a dilemma. i usually never drink when I have to work the next day as I just don't. #reasons But with this storm I might want a beer or two thinking that I will get to take tomorrow off. What to do?

So predictable. In all fairness, the HRRR has been doing really well. It gives almost everyone about 2" (or a bit more) before mixy stuff becomes a concern. I'd almost be willing to lock that up but I feel like gambling a bit.

NorthArlington101
And the HRRR looks pretty good for no rain making it past 95... I'd take a heavy sleet fest. Metro looks to transition back to snow on fantasy hour 19.

T. August
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the EURO's 850/925 distribution is total BS. I'd like it to be true, as I'd get 10", but no.

Interesting...mine went from 6-12 to 4-9.....does anybody else get the notion that this event has fail written on it for about half the forum east of 81, south of 70, and especially 95 and outside the micro climates? like we will wake up tomorrow and many of us will be very sad about the outcome. Not all of us, but a lot of us. That is where it seems some of us are heading.
