It actually brings the sleet all the way to the pa border 

That might not all be sleet.  Pivotal weather has nearly 1" of freezing rain along I95.  I think the potential for an I95 ice storm might be underappreciated here.

That 4 inch qpf in MD will be ALL SNOW. Probably 40 inches. 

Get the snowblowers ready. If the machine busts out a gasket - you know where to find me. I'll shovel out your ENTIRE CITY from those 40 inches of snow.

That's sleet. We don't want a big blob or oranges overhead. Sleet is very reflective so it shows up like heavy precip. What we want is pretty streaks of yellow rolling overhead for hours and hours. Lol
