FallsLake
It's winding down at my house. That last band was really pretty. Ground is white and I'm estimating ~ 1/4". I'll take it. Now on to spring.
NCSNOW
Yep here comes the sun. Gutters starting to gush. I'll be able to cut the grass latter this afternoon. Lol that's March snows for you. Unless we get some wrap around love Monday night it's gonna be a long 9 months. I enjoy spring and fall, but despise summer weather unless I'm at the beach. lookingnorth
There is a nice dusting in Chapel Hill. I wasn't even expecting flurries so I'll count it as a win. It's already starting to melt because that's how March snows work.

lookingnorth
The snow pretty much entirely melted between 11 and 12. But I wasn't expecting anything more from a March dusting.

CAD_Wedge_NC
Well we ended up with a solid 3 inches of fluff out of this one. The sun came out and most of the snow cover is now gone. It was fun tracking this one and watching all the models trend south instead of that "all too familiar" NW trend..
yotaman
Snow has stopped. Temp never went below 34. We probably got 1/4" out of it.

J.C.
If anybody comes across an official snowfall total map -it would be appreciated. Here is what I got from waking up to Maggie Valley, shredding some slush at Cataloochie, and my commute back. Maggie Valley: 3" Cataloochee: 5" Saluda, NC: 3" Newberry, SC: +-1" Lexington, SC: +-1" By the time I left Maggie Valley it was 40F, it seems the best spot for all day viewing was the area from Saluda, NC to the drop about 1700' on I-26. Iceagewhereartthou
Congrats to everyone who say the snow. Played out the way I expected in my area with the cold losing the race. Still, it's hard not to feel a little left out when everyone North of me, even within 7 miles, and everyone East and south of me got at least a dusting and I did not. I saw pics all the way down to Belton to my south, all the way SE to CAE and NE form there. Definitely got left out of this one, but happens a lot in western upstate when we're waiting on the cold. Oh well, wins some lose some!
