How often do blizzard warnings actually verify inland? I feel like wind forecasts often don't match up with reality, save along the immediate coast. Boxing Day was the last I can think of where I was really impressed by the wind.

I think they almost verified in a couple inland locations (OWD/TAN I think) in the Blizzard earlier in the winter.

I was noticing all the bird activity and small animals including squirrels frantically active today.

NAM looks slightly better out to 36 with sharper northern Stream and southern stream shortwaves and slightly more interaction between the two streams...
