The 3km is holding up the dam a lot better than the lower resolution models. Not changing over until noon or 1pm here, as opposed to 10am or 1am with the 12km. Granted the 4km rips through BOS, but if the parallel 12km and 3km are more reasonable and they go live on Wednesday I am way more inclined to believe them, especially in light of the Euro and GFS.
