Manny
Lol 12z blip was a blip. New data ingested, shortwave coming onshore, all models CMC/UK/Euro to the West amped beautiful. And NAM, GFS would have been similar if didn't chase that convection.

SnoSki14
Gfs has been sloppy and playing catch-up this entire time when it had a big coastal hugger while all models were offshore. Consensus is building on something special but still need a good 24 hrs to figure everything out.

KeithB
Would it be fair to say that tonights Euro run is even better than last nights run? Not only has it reversed the 12z horror show, but has improved on an incredible run from last night!
weatherfreeeeak
I think I just peed my pants after that run. Pure weenie mode and not usually a weenie, little over two days out!! Still have to correct final details in the next day.

Juliancolton
Euro prints out 50+ mph gusts throughout the region as the commahead starts cranking. Probably goes without saying but there will be plenty of thundersnow and bands of multiple-inch/hour rates. We're almost getting a little numb to this kind of bomb, but if that run verifies, savor it.

The weight of all of that snow on cold branches with that kind of wind will make it crazy dangerous to be outside.
