djr5001
Well 12z euro is not what anyone here wants to see so let's just leave it at that.... is the energy coming onshore overnight tonight still or what is timing looking re: start of better sampling? skiier04
Ouch. Terrible run. Trend has not been good for a while now. Another big one slipping away?
NortheastPAWx
Dr. No not only said no, he basically gave a middle finger to go along with it. Now, with that said, there was a run last year right before the big HECS where the ECM went totally east and showed only snow showers for the regions that wound up getting buried. So, not panic time unless the ECM ENS or other models make this jump.

canderson
That Euro run makes no sense to me actually. The 500mb is in the exact spot as 0z.
Superstorm
5 to 7 inches on Euro for Lancaster County. Meh, but would still be best of season.Growing up in NJ during the 80s I would take that in a heartbeat and consider that a major win.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Blizzard of 93
Hopefully this Euro run was just a hiccup. Let's see what that EPS has to say in about 1 hour or so
Blizzard of 93
JB has been saying the last few days that this should come north to the mouth of the Delaware Bay & then begin to head north east from there. He said there is no confluence or other reason preventing this from heading out to sea until it gets to near the south NJ coast.
paweather
This is the part of this hobby that is tough. I wish we could go back to the old days of 2 model runs a day, one short term model and one long term model. MRF and ETA. so many model runs these days and so many consecutive days that every model (except CMC) pretty much had the same solution.

Of course I'd love to have more, but considering a few weeks ago I was moving my family to the basement out of harm's way from a severe weather outbreak, this would be a very nice ending to this season. If it's actually the end, lol.

I'll take a fresh 6" plus snowstorm in March but hope it does trend west tonight for all of CPA.

You know, I debated for a moment last night whether I was going to post that or not. The main reason I did as I recall the CMC being the 1st model 5 days ago to nail the miss that will be tomorrow's storm down south. I guess what I'm saying is that every model has it's place from time to time. Like last January when the NAM was right on for us. Most people despise that model more than the CMC. I should have known better following this for such a long time. And your right every model does has it place from time to time no doubt about that. Superstorm
I like the mean and position in Euro. Have room for east or west shift and still be in warning snows. And still possible uptick.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
