If/when something breaks the cap down there, id imagine it'll take a few hours to get any appreciable tornado potential, will have to wait for surface/LLVL winds to back some more and for the LLJ to veer. Sitting in Mayflower now, as the past hour has been eerily similar to how a certain late afternoon transpired a couple of years ago. Basically every storm in the cluster has a bird wing/hook look to it too... Not too surprised as winds at the surface have backed substantially in the past few hours across much of Arkansas, almost due south now, low-level winds above the surface have backed some too.
