Damage In Tolland
Sipprell Gone Wild Okay, so what does this all mean? That simply there should be no surprise of Miller-A / Miller-B type systems emerging out of the W to undergo rapid cyclogenesis in proximity to S New England. It is going to be an active weather pattern over the next week so buckle your seat belts. Shots of snow along with significant economic and social impact. Will mainly focus on the storm for the Sunday into Monday timeframe, only briefly touching on the storm for Wednesday into Thursday.

TalcottWx
This is for my house. IMPACTS...Especially early Monday morning and through the day, moderate to heavy snow will make for reduced hazardous travel conditions with slick roadways and visibilities down to a quarter mile or less. Coupled with powerful northwest winds forecast will likely result in near white out conditions with blowing snow. Power outages are likely, especially for areas along the coast, due to the combination of winds and the weight of snow on tree limbs and power lines. * WINDS...North 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. CoastalWx
The RGEM is really far SE with the low. Almost develops an inverted trough deal, but you can sense it pops a low along it.

They're also considering blizzard watches in areas (though there's limited confidence this early). The winds look as though they'll be higher this go-around too, and the storm will linger longer than the last one. Good luck to you all!
codfishsnowman
I just think it is gonna be a smidge too warm in southern parts of the watch area and precious qpf, of which there is not a ton forecast, will make this more of an advisory event and not a high end one either. up to 40 today...yikes! I think game on for sure northern mass away from the coast and up into nh and me, vt gets warning criteria too the box discussion is a little too much like the day after tomorrowesque if you ask me reminds me of march 01 a bit farther north and east

This is the type of post that's like a sharp stick in my eye. I am feeling pretty good out here, but I'd welcome another bump SW--and I really hope this can maintain some decent northern trajectory and not be an east-mover. Those just suck.
