Tibet
Nice storm here... I can't complain at all. (Work called it as well!) Almost wish they were all like this... think the sun is gonna clear my car for me as well!
Jsdphilly
Just under 4 here, 3.8 to be exact on the board. Honestly, I'm happy with it. I freaking love tracking storms. When it was full blown rain at 515, I started to lose faith. But the 3-6 was correct. Lets track 1 more good storm and bring me spring!

Get back up still time left in the fourth quarter and next week we have good field position anyway. penndotguy
3.5" total today, my total for the season a whopping 7" Pitiful, I know there is still about a month and half of winter left. There is nothing that gives me a shred of hope going forward.
RedSky
Next event I will take the middle average of all forecasts and guidance and use the NAM formula divide in half.

Oh well. That band, which looked awesome, really didn't deliver - was 20 DBZ over me for at least 45 min and when I posted, it was really cranking up, so I thought it was going to be great, but, alas, no - we got maybe an additional 1/4". I'm calling it done for me at 6.5". Nice storm, but a tad disappointing given the predictions of 8-12" for just about all of Central/Northern NJ. At least the 6" criterion for a warning verified. Bliz299
Wind gusted to 60mph, 12:31pm. Otherwise rain turned to sleet about 8am and sleet to snow about 8:30am. Snowed nicely 'til 10am. Didn't lay but was nice to see. It is really windy out there!! I see it just gusted to 53mph. Wow.
KamuSnow
Snow pile scored by number 21, Kamu Snow - his 3rd of the season! (aka how to make the most out of 2+ inches of snow):

snowwors2
Well done Kamu... Just shy of 4" here (half of what I was sure we'd get).......... first complete "all-nighter" since college days (and that one didn't involve watching snow and was not enjoyable and much more stressful)
The Iceman
lots of melting today with the warm ground and the wind blowing that light top layer every where on top of compactio. would guess I'm down to 3 inches or less from 5 right after the storm. My last all nighter was Friday night January 22nd, 2016 :-). It was a lot of fun, but I needed a midday nap on Saturday during the dry slot (the blizzard, you know). Rtd208
I definitely lost a little accumulation due to compaction from the snow being so wet. My final accumulation is probably closer to 7" and today's storm certainly under performed expectations here but still the biggest snowfall so far this winter. famartin
QPF was not quite as high as some projections indicated it would be and cold air was a bit slower to move in, hence the underperformance. In case that wasn't obvious.

I actually stayed awake until 8:30 last night then crawled up the stairs for a 14 hour "nap"...still groggy today, need another storm to snap me out of it!! Birds~69
Just eyeballing it while shoveling and not reading some of these post....I thought "around" 4" or so. But damn, that was heavy as shiet! My back told me this morning...or age? Really wish for a 10+" powdery "normal" 12+hr snowfall to end the year...otherwise, total fail, time wasted. I measured 5.9", 6.2", and 6.1" respectively on the snowboard yesterday immediately following the final flake. Went with 6" for a total here. Other NWS obs say not that much, but I beg to differ as I measure textbook.

All the good snow came before i got up at 7:45am I truly hate this winter with a passion.

svh19044
I actually cleared my snow/measuring table, first measurement was 2.75", second measurement was 3" for a total of 5.75". Compaction in other parts of my property were 3.5-4.5". Loco wasn't impressed either way.
