wxsniss
Decent backbuilding in eastern MA... this stuff might get us into 12-18" in Boston Not sure of the mechanism for these strips of heavier echoes:

I've seen them before.

weathercoins
For those of you who are more familiar with airports around here and snow, what are the odds that a 9 AM flight from BOS to LGA (then 11:30 AM LGA--MEM) is on tomorrow?

TalcottWx
I just shoveled out 3 cars and my house. kinda regret it after looking at radar. I'm over a foot. 12-14" range. it was more than I thought after getting out there and shoveling. I'll hold back on reporting a new total until these bands are done. WthrJunkyME
It's picked up a bit of intensity in the last hour again. Having tough time measuring with wind, but I think we're at about 11", give or take an inch. 11*F and I think still 4 or 5 hours to go. Sure is gusty and a very wintry appeal! MaineJayhawk
Yeah, that pic with the snow-covered bike is great - nice job! Looks like mi casa enjoyed a local min - only 6.2" while five miles away racked double digits. Missed the band by thismuch. Is ok, I'll always have 12/29/
