Will it looks like we will cool once dynamic cooling takes place, that precip to the south looks intense, could turn us over the snow by 12pm.  Also storm down to 990mb, and 12z NAM is a nuke over eastern SNE, 2.00" of QPF for Cape Cod now with a 973mb low to our southeast.  NAM also slowed departure time down some.  Winds hurricane force?

Been in a hole since it started, maybe 1/2" 26.3/22. Painful, but hopefully that heavier band tot he NW of me pulls south. Ray was right.

Yeah here too.  Watching the radar, that band just to our northwest seems to have slowed down, that maybe where it sits.

Yeah, flakes just can't get going...Just northwest of you and not even a 1/2" yet.  Point and click says 13-19", not sure we reach 10" at this point.

Ya when you have a 10 hr window and it takes several hours to get into the meat and the forecast was calling for over an inch an hr....well anyone can do the math. My point and click says 13-19....yaaa.

Don't get me wrong, im gonna enjoy the day and the snow, but i and i'm sure Ray already envisioned this. It just wasn't posted about by many others.

i'm just hoping that by noon this stuff fills and we rip but we shall see.

That radar image WIll posted is comical from LWM up the merrimac river WTF is the problemo anyway

For Bos metro, no overanalysis or premature complaints...

Spirits would be better if we did not have crappy snowgrowth these first 3 hours (in contrast to the first hours in CT / western MA / NH).

But snowgrowth was always progged to be best in the early afternoon

Also, short-term guidance this morning had a definite dry hole over NW BOS suburbs into NE Mass (6z NAM, 6z RGEM, 12z HRRR) but that guidance has improved too
