I've seen some crappy winters but this was the worst ever. 98 had a 2-inch wet snow; 02 each had 2-3 incher, but no snow at all this winter except a couple dustings. What really makes this one worse is how it snowed literally everywhere else but here including NC, VA Beach, eastern shore, etc. Worst Ever.
