EastCoast NPZ Posted February 9, 2017 Share Posted February 9, 2017 Snow over now, but lasted about 1-1/2 hours. Never seen a snow-shower last that long. At the peak, the snow was intense. Had this happened at night (and colder) that was a 3" storm. We got a taste of how Canaanites live. Wife measured 1" in the grass. Not sure how I'll record this one. Some of the snow streamers off the Lakes are making it all the way here, moderate snow in Dale City! Accumulating on the grass, on the bushes, that wind is blowing it all over the place!!! Expand That was really cool. After the first squall ended the sun came out and all the snow melted on the grass outside of the shadow of my house.
