Started as rain for literally 5 mins. All snow now in Tenafly, NJ, although very light. Let the fun begin!

Not much going on in Hoboken.  Temp dropping steadily now, but the observation location is worthless.  One town over in Jersey City it's 37 and snow, so my guess is we are pretty close to that.  Newark is 33 and snow, so hopefully that is on its way soon.

Sleet and snow now. Snow mixing in more and more. This is a very good sign. Only been precipitating for about 30-40 mins. Already almost all snow here in southwestern Suffolk.

Snowing in Hoboken.  Not sure if anyone noticed but Upton upped amounts in NENJ and NYC to 10 to 14 inches.  Also upped amounts to 12 to 16 for Long Island.

Deck is covered starting to cover the driveway that 20 mins of sleet put down some ice going to accumulate wuickly on roads

You're one thousand percent correct. Amazing. Moreover they moved the blizzard warning closer to queens now almost all of One island is in a blizzard warning. Prediction by 7 a.m. most of the Metro will be in a blizzard warning. When did has picked up significantly probably 15 miles gusting to near 30
