The 4 Seasons
Well the DWD-ICON is a huge hit, so let's lock it up. Last winter everyone around here was talking about the those odd ball models the AARPEGE and the ICON...the french are coming, the german are coming...now i haven't heard those mentioned once this season. Not that i ever bought into any of them, i have no idea what the skill is for any of these models.
The 4 Seasons
Just now, WinterWolf said: Some pros and some cons tonight. As is usually the case, gonna have to wait for the s/w to come on shore out west, to get an accurate idea of what is really accurate. We've seen this movie so many times before...need better sampling before we can say it's a whiff or a whallop?? This. With the spread tonight, the Euro coming in one way or the other really doesn't mean much, I wouldn't be shocked to see it go either way. Not staying up for this one, tomorrow's a different story. WinterWolf
I think the hint from the GFS last night was it's H5 depiction...it was tipping its hand towards the more amped set up, but wasn't quite ready to let the surface respond in kind at that point. 6z it's all in it seems.
