The day before we had rain and sleet in the city but the storm was supposed to move out instead we had a low pressure form off the coast of jersey and it resulted about 5 inches of snow it was the El Niño year but yes to answer your question New Jersey got snow out of it and there was snow up to Monticello, NY and down to seaside heights, NJ and east. It was a Sunday morning . I can't really find any info on it maybe uncle has some records of it besides an article I found. http://thestarryeye.typepad.com/weather/2014/11/each-winters-snowstorms-1970-2014.html no weather station predicted it! euro initializing! bwt3650
huge difference between 6z 12k nam and 4k nam. 4k has low down to 990 vs. 994 and the 4k is approaching 15" in north central jersey with ratios. Maybe picking up on where the banding sets up?
