I think someone in rockland/southern or central orange/westchester/Putnam area jackpots... higher ratios is gonna put them over.... I'd like to have good elevation somewhere in garrison, or mahopac area for this one

The GFS is never good with low level temps in a setup like this where you're bleeding in cold air on NW flow ahead of a system.  The GFS is roughly 41/31 at NYC when precip starts while the NAM is 38/26. I would believe the NAM at this point by a wide margin being closer.  CAA is pretty strong by 20-21Z tomorrow afternoon so that's more than enough time before 07-09Z when things start
