We were 72F today, Mappy was 65F. Easy to see where the snow will likely fall. Yeah. This one has me concerned just because of the amount of temp change we need. ohwxguy
Based on the 5 minute ASOS reports from DCA, it looks like it made it up to at least 72. Back to back days in the low 70s at DCA in early February... crazy.

ErinInTheSky
Currently 62.5 degrees in my part off Gaithersburg. I'm actually coming in a little lower than the Weather Underground forecast for my particular weather station, in terms of temps.

high risk
Sunday looks like one of those classic early spring DC days with low 40s north and low 70s south and lots of pain trying to figure out exactly where the front sets up.

wxdude64
Complete fail all forecasts past 24 hours here. Yesterdays high was 48-50 from all the news/radio and internet. Then around lunch they started backing off to 45....then 42.....nope. High yesterday was 35.7, almost 15 degrees off. Then this am we have gotten stuck in the freezer while others warmed overnight as forecasters called for, 52 Blacksburg, 50 Roanoke, 43 Lewisburg at 7 am....I woke at 6:45 to 27.5 lol. And looking at all the PWS in the area they too were in upper 20's from here all the way east to Lexington. North of us 40's, south of us 40's and 50's. Strange.
