Far enough west and inland to heat up over 100 for 20-30 days a year and close enough to the Gulf to keep the oppressive humidity. I LOL at my family and friends in FL who complain. Had 2-3 feet forecasted here with the January 15 blizzard as late as the morning of and didn't see a flake.
