All NEC service from NY Penn to Trenton is suspended and the NJCL from NY Penn to Woodbridge is also suspended in both directions. I'm guessing the weather played a role here. PWS at home recorded its highest reading ever about an hour ago, it is sheltered and only at 2m, but recorded 23. Previous high before today was 18.
