Dry slot is up to Phl already What radar are you looking at? NWS KDIX radar shows the edge down near the DE Memorial Bridge, where it's been for most of the day. Secondly, this was when the rain shield was forecasted to expand and intensify. The surface low is forecasted to barely move the next two days. Secondly, all of the models including the Euro had those high amounts at some point. The NAM hasn't had 3" totals for this area since Sunday morning.
