Interesting, dumping here, however,  90/10 snow/sleet and you can tell the dendrites are getting ripped apart a few thousand feet up ( b/c some monster flakes mixed in) so snow growth is not great.  Elevations W and N of here are probably plastering right now.

I'm sort of expecting 2-3" of absolute cement.

That's the question we've been wondering all day...it might never do so. If it does, probably later tonight into predawn.

Yup, under some lighter returns right now and instantly flipped to shattered dendrites. You know, the type of microflakes that amount to 1" every 6 hours.

Been PL for about 30 mins. Flakes just mixing in now. Ridgelines are obscured, so probably coming down good at higher elevations.

Sweet heading up there again Friday. Really hoping for a dump high up. I will be following your obs for sure

Radar looks awfully shredded. When does this consolidate?

Definitely a concern everywhere in this system...we'll see what happens.  With a March-like air mass, we're going to need some good periods of sustained lift. But the ground is frozen and it'll stick to the remaining pack easily.
