Coach McGuirk
Only 24 miles south east in Virginia Beach my friend only got 4.5 inches of, sleet was a problem. I got lucky.
SeVa
Nice man! I finished right around 7.5 -8" in northern Suffolk. It was a complete sleet fest all night. All the data was pointing towards a top 5 snowstorm in the metro. This storm just confirms how hard it is for us not to taint in the metro. Interesting, we had sleet mix in for about an hour in Hampton, then it changed back over to all snow.

mrdaddyman
When does VA not win when it comes to snowfall? I don't know why VA is included in the SE forums. It's like a whole different world when it comes to snowfall.

And Houston will eventually break their 20" snowfall record from 1895. They haven't come anywhere close since.
